all US orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

all US orders are shipped with USPS First Class (2-5 business days). please select your shipping preference at checkout.

US/DOMESTIC SHIPPING - EXPRESS

all US orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail Express (1-3 business days days). please select your shipping preference at checkout.

if you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.

RETURNS

returns will be accepted for an online store credit on all items received in like new condition (excluding sale items) within 30 days of the original purchase date. please be aware we do not refund. the customer will need to cover shipping costs if they wish to return their item for an online store credit.

all sale items, including clearance items and items purchased with promotional discount codes are not eligible for return. additionally, items beyond 30 days of the original purchase date are not eligible for return.

to initiate a return, email your order number and reason for return to danielle@coastellestudios.com. after receiving approval for your return, please package the item securely and send it back to the address below, along with your original receipt. please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery.
